Q8 I have booked a twin room through the registration system, how are roommates assigned?

Rooms will be assigned randomly either by iCommons or the local travel agency. Of course, we'll assign like genders together. 
  <<Q7 If I bring my partner along to Sapporo, are we able to share a room at the Sapporo Grand Hotel?
